At Sivana, protecting your business information and your customers’ information is something we take seriously. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle data for our current product, the Mila AI front desk for salons and aesthetics.
What we collect
To answer calls and book appointments, Mila handles basic information such as a caller’s name, phone number, the service they are asking about, and appointment details. We collect only what is needed to do the job and to keep a record of the call for your business.
How your data is handled
Call records, transcripts, and booking details are stored on trusted infrastructure with access limited to what is necessary to operate and support your service. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data. We do not use it for advertising.
Working with the tools you already use
When Mila books into your scheduling software, such as Square or Google Calendar, it connects through each provider’s official, secured connection. Your scheduling platform keeps its own data under its own terms, and we recommend reviewing those terms alongside ours.
Vendors who help run the service
Sivana uses established providers to deliver the service, including our voice and telephony partners and our automation and hosting infrastructure. We choose providers that maintain strong security practices, and we share only the information needed for them to perform their role.
Your control
The business owner controls the account and the data tied to it. If you cancel, you can request a copy or deletion of your business’s call records, subject to any records we are required to retain. To make a request, contact us through the form on our site.
A note on scope
Sivana currently serves salons and aesthetics businesses. We do not currently offer a product for medical or dental practices, and we do not handle protected health information. When we expand into regulated industries, we will put the appropriate agreements and safeguards in place and update this page accordingly.
