Services
SIVANA provides AI-powered communication services, including an AI front desk that answers calls, books appointments, answers questions, and takes messages on behalf of subscribing businesses. Features vary by plan.
Accounts & fees
Paid plans may include a one-time setup fee and a recurring subscription fee, billed as described at signup. Usage beyond included limits may incur overage charges. Fees are disclosed before you are charged. Service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or in any way that interferes with the operation of the services.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide (hours, services, booking rules) and for any required notices or consents owed to your own callers and customers.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is.” While we design for reliability and graceful fallback, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIVANA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate service as described in your plan agreement. You may cancel in accordance with the terms presented at signup.
