Starter is recommended for after hours and when you are closed. For daytime coverage, Standard catches calls that go unanswered, so a busy line never costs you a booking.

For a salon, the details Mila handles are basic booking information, a name, number, service, and time. Texts follow proper consent, your client opts in on the call and can reply STOP at any time, and we keep call records secure. Mila does not serve medical or dental offices and does not handle health information.

Each plan includes a block of call minutes. If you go over, additional minutes are billed at the simple per-minute rate shown on each plan. There are no surprise fees and no unlimited promises. During setup we help you pick the plan that fits your real call volume, with room to spare, so overage stays the exception.
